Cost Estimating
The professionals employed by JOP Construction
Co. are experienced in preparing cost estimates at the various stages of a project from the conceptual phase to the closeout
phase including the preparation of estimates for changes as they occur. We know the importance of effectively communicating
with our clients to understand the project goals which combined with our understanding of the market conditions allows us
to prepare accurate estimates. We prepare estimates using the following four primary types of estimates: Unit Price,
Assemblies (or Systems), Square Foot and Cubic Foot, and Order of Magnitude. The following formats are used depending

prepared. Scheduling
The professionals at JOP Construction Co. are experienced in scheduling project using the critical path method (CPM) techniques
to realize the most effective use of people, equipment and funds. Our construction scheduling services include the following: Master

Construction Management
The profesionals at JOP Construction Co. are experience in
planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and reporting the project management activities of a construction project. Our
construction management services focus on controlling time, cost, scope and quality and they include, but are not limited
to the following: - Perform day-to-day
contract administration including bid analysis, coordinating pre-construction conferences, review of construction schedules,
schedule of values, and processing of submittals, RFI's and change orders;
- Review of contract design plans for constructibility,
consistency and adherence to client specific standards;
- Assist in obtaining any necessary permits as required;
- Coordinate
construction activities with other departments, utilities and municipalities;
- Attend meetings and visit jobsites;
- Manage
staff, contractor, and subcontractors to insure that the project scope as awarded is built in full conformance with plans,
specs, schedule and cost limits; and
- Prepare change order estimates.
