Duty Statement:
1. Candidate shall be
responsible to create and manage project schedules for district projects.
2. Must be
able to assist project schedulers with adhering to Program wide scheduling standards.
3. Shall actively evaluate project schedules for accuracy.
4. Candidate
must review, query, and corroborate project schedules to ensure they meet Program requirements.
5. Report all potential risks to timely project completion.
6. Rapidly
manipulate P3 to view summary, detail and phase data.
7. Assist with cash
flow forecasting.
8. Coordinate closely with members of the Program and College Project Management staff.
9. Provide reporting data as needed.
10. Other duties as assigned
for the District.
Minimum
Requirements:
· 5 years experience in either construction scheduling, project or program scheduling and project controls
on large public facility programs
· 3 years in a scheduling oversight role
· A minimum of 3 years experience using P3
· Familiarity with P6
· Knowledge of pre-construction tasks
